Families want to give one another the latest and greatest games during this time, and there are a few titles they should be buying. Some of the titles do not have exact release dates yet, but it is expected to be announced fairly soon.

10 Spider-Man: Miles Morales (TBD)

This game is set to launch with the PS5 as a way to entice players to buy this next-gen console. It focuses on Miles Morales, the star of the film Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse, and fans can’t wait to play this game with the improved graphics and capabilities provided by this console. The only downside is that there are no talks of putting it on the PS4, but this may change as more information is released in the coming months.

9 Yakuza: Like A Dragon (November 13)

Yakuza: Like A Dragon was created by Sega and will be released on November 13 for Xbox One and PS4, with later release dates for Xbox Series X and the PS5. It follows the story of a man who exits prison after 18 years for a crime he didn’t commit only to find out that nothing is how he imagined it on the other side. Players will love this RPG set in modern-day Japan as one men sets out to uncover the truth.

8 Kena: Bridge Of Spirits (TBD)

Kena: Bridge of Spirits does not yet have a date set, but fans are anticipating its release this holiday season. The story follows a young Spirit Guide as she searches for a shrine, but she must build a team and combat various spirits in order to save a village from its curse. It will be available on PC, as well as the PS4 and PS5.

7 Deathloop (TBD)

Deatloop is a first-person shooter game that is coming to the PS5 and PC. The entire premise of the game involves two assassins who are in an endless loop that has them killing one another.

They each have different goals in mind, as one wants to end the cycle while the other wants to keep it going. The pair have special powers like teleportation and telekinesis, as well as a wide range of weapons that players will love to use during this holiday season.

6 Outriders (TBD)

Outriders will be released on PS5, PS4, PC, Xbox Series X, Xbox One, and Google Stadia. It takes place in a sci-fi universe and is an RPG that allows gamers to play with up to two of their friends. Players will enjoy the various settings throughout the game, as well as the weaponry and intense combat as they work to upgrade their character.

4 Call Of Duty: Black Ops Cold War (November 13)

There is little known about Black Ops Cold War as of yet, but a new Call of Duty game is released every year during the holiday season. Fans expect nothing less in 2020 and can’t wait to jump into this 1980’s war-ridden landscape.

There is no official release date as of yet, but the creators have already said that it will make its appearance during the 2020 holiday season.

2 Assassin’s Creed Valhalla (November 17)

Assassin’s Creed Valhalla is another game that will be released across all platforms, focusing on the era of the vikings. Players will battle their way across the landscape as they seek to conquer the various lords and kingdoms. It has an official release date of November 17 and one new aspect of this game is the fact that players can upgrade their settlement by building new structures and recruiting a variety of soldiers.

1 Cyberpunk 2077 (November 19)

Fans have been waiting quite a long time for the release of this game, which is set to happen on November 19. It will be coming to the PS4, Xbox One, Google Stadia, and PC, but it is compatible with next-gen consoles as well.
